John
C. Bonafilia – More than 31 years with
United States Postal Service, the last four as Executive Manager,
Commercial Air Operations. John was responsible for managing and
establishing policy for all regulated, specialized, and contracted
modes of commercial air transportation and the movement of more
than one billion pounds of mail via air annually. He provided guidance,
technical advice, and policy interpretation on all programs, systems,
objectives, and procedures related to national air transportation
operations, including authoring the 2006 commercial air carrier
contract.

Mike
Cronin: Senior Executive Consultant.
An executive with the U.S. Postal Service for more than 16 years,
with extensive background in service management and measurement, network
planning and management, and program development. Mr. Cronin received
his MPA from The American University and is a member of Phi Alpha
Alpha, the national honor society for Public Administration. During
his career, he had key roles in the development of many national programs,
such as the Automated Area Distribution Center (AADC) network, External
First-Class (EXFC) service measurement, the Priority Mail Processing
Center program and the Postal Service response to the anthrax attack
of 2001. He has been an independent consultant for regional network
development projects since 2005. |
